Look what I caught Ashley doing.. - it may be time to get her a pet.

Look what I caught her doing, I am so glad I caught it on camera. LOL I wish I had caught it on video.
(The pictures are a little blurry because I was zoomed in and I had a shakey hand because I was trying not to laugh too loud)

MomToJade&Jordan replied: LOL!!!!! That is too cute. Jade is feeding Heidi all the time. I might have to put her on a diet because she's starting to get a little round. Jade will also yell at the dog and then give her hugs.

MomToMany replied: Awww...that's SO cute!! We have one dog, and Hannah loves feeding her. She's an outside dog, but has the heated garage to be in when it's so cold. Hannah loves filling her dish (or trying to), and she's had a snack herself too .

kit_kats_mom replied: They certianly can help with a pet but it will probably be mostly your responsibility. KWIM? K has her own goldfish which she likes to pet . I cant figure out if she really likes to try and catch the fish or if she just knows that she will get to wash her hands when shes done. Silly kid. She also helps feeding the indoor & outdoor cats in the morning. I fill up a cup with their food and she walks to the bowls and dumps it in. She is so proud of herself when she does it.

jen replied: That is so cute!!!! Maddy is going to have a lot of animals but not because we are getting one for her but because we already have so many "4 legged" kids! LOL We have 3 inside cats and 4 outside cats, 3 dogs, 2 goats, 4 horses, and 1 donkey! ha ha! I hope she loves animals and much as we do!! We do work at a horse rescue and there is a little miniature pony there that we want to get her when she is old enough to walk him around and play with him! He is only 28 inches high!

Kylie has 2 cats and she likes to dive bomb them and pull their tails. If they would just sit still she might do this to them. Nah, probably not, lol.

but truthfully if you dont have time or the patience right now then dont get a dog....you have plenty of time when she gets older. No one need the added stress when you dont have time to care and love it they way they should be....and I am talking from experiece.
