Look what I found in the snow today....

You can't tell because he's so fluffy (his tale is SOOO furry and fluffy ) but he's on the thin side. I just don't understand how someone can do that to an innocent little creature. He's still a kitten I'd say maybe 3 months old. He's such a sweet and loving little thing....but I swear we're NOT keeping him.
