Massive Headache.... - kid induced!
mammag wrote: My kids have been fighting nonstop lately and it is driving me insane. My head is pounding and I hear them arguing about who farted as I type this.
Today we went out to the library and I told them I would stop and get a treat afterwards but they ruined it by fighting the whole time. I then gave in and said, okay, if you stop the fighting I will get it but I want no arguing for the rest of the day (what in the heck was I thinking there???). Kristen then began arguing with me about whether or not they had been arguing in the first place, to which Conner said it was all Kristen's fault, she started yelling at him.............. OYE! So of course I said never mind, if you can't even quit when I'm already giving in then forget it, we are going home and you can have a slice of bread for a snack (we don't keep snack items in the house right now, except fruits).
This has been going on for some time now and I'm at my wits end! I'm going to the store when dh gets home just to escape this madness!
Calgon! Take me away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (A nice bottle of Coors Light might do the trick too)

Halo42101 replied: Oh, I hope you feel better soon and that there's finally peace among you all.
BAC'sMom replied:
Sorry you are having a rough day
Maybe tonight after you get everybody to sleep you can try your Calgon or your Coors Light.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: You mean it gets worse when there is more than one!?!
Cant we just go on vacation?
ashtonsmama replied: ARG. KIDS. Sorry.
Hope they mellow out. Tell them all to go take a hike.
kit_kats_mom replied: I know your pain. We've had to go back to the rock system. K's been acting better for the last two days. When she get's 20 rocks, she gets a sand and water table.
kimberley replied: sounds like Cary's post from the other day. sorry they are being rotten. have a couple of coors for me too lol
redchief replied: I tried to send you a Parrot Bay and Cranberry on the rocks (my personal favorite way to end a stressful day), but I couldn't find a way to get it into the CD tray without spilling it. Sorry you're having a bad day Jeanie!
luvmykids replied: I'm sorry but don't they argue about the most ridiculous stuff?
I have an idea, take TWO Calgon baths and TWO coors lights and call me in the morning! Hope tomorrow is a better day for you.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Coors Light?
That crap's like water!!
Gimme a Bailey's though...
Ashlynn's Mommy replied: My daughter does the same thing when my twin nieces come over. It drives me bannanas. I say to them "no tattleing unless someone is bleeding" they will come up to me and say "I'm not tattleing but Destiny just did this" We can't win no matter what we do.

redchief replied: LOL So, young lady if you're not tattling, what are you doing?
My mom had a great way to deal with that, as my brother was a great tattler. She would listen intently, seem to be considering for a moment, then say, "Okay." And go back to what she was doing. My brother used to get soooo mad, but he stopped tattling. I must admit that I used the same method. It works.
