It may be the file size. I think the limit is 32KB, so you may have to make the picture smaller or change the resolution. What photo software do you use? If it is one that I am familiar with, I would be more than happy to help. If you can't figure it out, then you can send the picture to deedee@parentingclub.com and I will resize it and email it back to you.

My2Beauties replied: Thanks, I think I figured it out, it was the size of the one I was using. Most of them were photos from JC Penney's Smile by Wire program that automatically saves as Bitmap which is large so I went back and saved as JPG and it worked. The rest are from a Kodak Picture Disk (that has horrible clarity by the way) that I just saved to my Pictures folder on my Desktop. Thanks though, if I have any trouble in the future I'll call on you. I need to get with the times and purchase a digital camera!

I gotta get someone to take some of me & the kids together. There's hardly ANY. But, it's my fault, too, since I hate having my picture taken. I look/feel like a big fat cow. I can't seem to figure out the timer thing . Must be having a mommy moment!
