Mckaylee is ticking me off
mckayleesmom wrote: Everytime she plays with Russell I catch her riding on his back. I tell her to get off of him because she is going to hurt his back, but she says "but, Mommy, hes the horsey". How do you explain to a 2 year old that she can accidentally hurt him when shes doing it? Russell thinks its hillarious, but I can see her hurting his back. Usually she is really good about understanding things that might hurt him and stops, but not this...
C&K*s Mommie replied: kids... they'll make you go insane, but you love them and every minute they are being "kids". how old is Russell, btw?
JAYMESMOM replied: Maybe get her to be the horsey and let Russel climb on here. I am not much help, LOL.
Jayme keeps trying to ride the dog.
luvbug00 replied: ALthough it's a cute game for kids to play with eachother I think Russells health tales priority and she sould be firmly dissuraged from doing it. However you do disapline I'd say do it. She may accedently seriously hurt him.
mckayleesmom replied: He will be 10 months on the 14th. I just don't like the looks of the way his back is bending under her weight.
Kaitlin'smom replied: eeekkkk deffinalty discourage her, now when he gets bigger than her maybe but not now.
PrairieMom replied: Mine does the same thing. i make him get off and say sorry. that boy is so lucky our dog hadn't eaten him by now! we have such a good dog.
C&K*s Mommie replied: ohhh... 10mos! WOW!! maybe she is giving you hints that is what she wants... a play horse. Has she since stopped riding the "Russell horsey?", since your last post here?
mckayleesmom replied: Ya...thank goodness for cartoons.
A&A'smommy replied: yeah I use to do that to my brother too only I did it to make him mad
holley79 replied: My brother and sister did it with me but I was the older of the three. They didn't weigh anything. Guess it's time to get that girl a pony. LOL. Yep, I'm not help either huh?
MM'sMama replied: Thats kids for you sorry your having a hard time
