We just heard back from the attorney and I will have him the last week of November right after Thanksgiving.

She is there is NO WAY we can loose!

mom2my2cuties replied: No - he doesn't know None of them do. We have to go to court to make it "official" but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY we can loose. I can only talk to him on Sunday afternoons right now - but I am not going to mention ANYTHING until they get slapped with the papers because i know at that point - well they wont let me talk to him anymore.


Ok - well unless I have recent drug convictions, fail the mandated drug test OR have him living in filth - which none of that is gonna happen!
