Since I'm nursing both Hannah & Kayla, my periods aren't back. I had one starting on Dec. 5th, but it didn't last long and hasn't been back since. I'm not PG; I already did a test. I was really hoping I was, but nope. I'm really starting to wonder when my AF will be back for good. I guess I just gotta wait, and wait, and wait some more.

Sorry for rambling, but I'm getting so impatient!

5littleladies replied: I'm sorry Mollie! I understand how you are feeling-Really I do! Just try and relax-maybe being so anxious for it to happen is keeping AF at bay. I'm sure it will happen before you know it!

It should be safe though because it's safe to take while pg.

Have you been to see your GP/Nurse?? maybe they can help you sort something out or at least give you some advice??

I thought that i heard somewhere that your more fertile when breastfeeding?
Dont take my word for it though i might have come up with that one myself

kimberley replied: aww sorry it didn't happen for you it, but it will when the time is right. ginger is safe while you are nursing... i cook with a ton of it! did you plan on taking supplements or tea or just use it in your cooking? and 2 out of my 3 pg were conceived without AF! you can still ovulate without menses. hang in there and sending you some ~*~*baby dust*~*~!

kimberley replied: np . surprised is not the word lol. i was not trying either time. when i got pg with James, i didn't even know i could get pg because no AF and i was still nursing Jacob. with Jade, i had just had a m/c and no AF had returned. i knew there was a possiblity, but most Dr's will tell you the likelihood is slim to none. 3 weeks later, i conceived Jade.

sorry if this is TMI. you want to hear the odd thing with Jade.. i was very hesitant to resume relations with DH because i was so torn up about our loss. but that first time, i loved him and needed him more than i ever did and i could almost feel it immediately that we conceived. so, my advice is, try to relax and make love because you love each other, not cuz you want a baby keep us posted!

This is how Ethan was conceived! We had been trying, but I decided that I was just going to enjoy Scotty and enjoy our intimacy while TTC and I loved him like never before. That is when we had a turnaround in our sex life.

My friend confirmed it was also safe to take while BF. I figured it was since it's safe to take while PG .
