Mini-mommy brag - Our girls

I hope you do not mind. Kellie had a 20min nap, and Christian did not have a nap at all- but they were on their best behaviour all day today. When they are overextended and overly tired they get hyperactive, but they were fairly mellow in comparison for being exhausted, but energized when it called for it- like at a b-day party. Today we had church, as usual for Sunday. Plus a birthday party, then back to church for dinner and a meeting this evening. I knew the day would be tight since a nap was not looking to be in the cards because Chris wanted to go the the local flea market after church. It was too windy and chilly to go, so we went to a mall instead to kill time. Afterwards we came home to change and headed out to the birthday party. Following that we headed to church again for the dinner and a meeting. I was the one becoming fidgety and anxious (I was tired too) when sitting at church. The girls were well behaved all day, I had kept telling our girls how proud I was of them for "hanging on" to their best behavior.

well, you know, they can't be perfect all the time, can they now? that would just be boring.
besides, you need to see some bad behavior sometimes in order to appreciate the good behavior, right?
