My DD said the sweetest thing!

It was for fun and if you got Bingo there were small gifts (like coffee mugs, calendars, candles) ... nothing major just for a fun night out. Well, I wasn't sure what kind of night it would be and I asked DH and DD to go with me. DD is almost 9 yrs old, and she didn't want to go on a Friday night. My DH told her, well look at all mom does for you. So long story short they both came with me. We get there and the youngest person there besides us was like 70 or older. but they stayed with me anyway and we socialized with everyone. Anyway, each time I won (I won 3 times!!!) I sent my DD to pick a prize.

We got home and I was sending her up to bed and she says ... "Thank you for letting me get these great prizes I love you so much" So I said "Well, thanks for coming with me to play Bingo, it really was a nice day, we went to breakfast together at the restaurant this morning, went to school / work together today and then went to Bingo tonight. It was all alot of fun" Then she gives me a big hug (you know one of those hugs you can feel in our toes ), a big kiss and says "That is called Mother-Daughter Bonding. It was great Mom" Isn't she the sweetest?
