mummy2girls wrote: And i know it will only get shorter:(

I have to get up at 6am and get ready fro work because my first dayhome child comes at 630am(approx).... new kids. Then my last child leaves at 500pm. BUT my day continues because i have to finish dinner get it on teh table and then clean up, do the dishes and make jennas and marcus's lunches. and then by the time im going to bed its nearly 1100pm. And then it starts all over. and it will onky get worse when teh baby comes and im up all the time... my days will be 32 hours,,,LOL

coasterqueen replied: hug.gif I know how you feel Shelly. My day is the same way. Some times it just gets so old because you do the same things. I get up at 6 am, get ready, get the kids ready, get them off to school and daycare, go to work, leave work at 5, pick up kids, get dinner ready, clean up dinner, clean up, try to play with the kids too, do homework with kids, baths, books, bed, then an hour or two with Dh and bed. wacko.gif

CantWait replied: thumb.gif I'm with ya there. That seems to be the life of a woman and mother.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Yeah... My mondays and Tuesdays, I leave the house at 7am (I get up at 5:30, load of laundry, coffee, lunches, shower, kids' breakfast, kids get ready etc...) and I'm home around 10:15pm... i clean out the lunch containers..and go to bed. laugh.gif

MommyToAshley replied: hug.gif You need to rest girlie, for you and the baby -- Maybe Marcus can help you out with some of the stuff like doing the dishes and packing the lunches.

coasterqueen replied:
I agree with Dee Dee. If Marcus isn't helping out (and I'm not saying he isn't happy.gif ) then have him help out more. I might have long days, but Ryan is very good about helping me every step of the way. For us we couldn't get anywhere with the girls without making it a team effort. Case in point why we'll never have more than 2, we'd be outnumbered. laugh.gif

At least have him draw you a bath, or something after dinner so you can rest for even just a 1/2 hour. Keeping those feet up as much is possible will go a long way with your pregnancy. thumb.gif

mummy2girls replied:
well Marcus does do the bedtime routine. and that helps big time.

moped replied: I know - that is how it is at our house too - like Groundhog Day everyday! And this is why they say life goes by too fast - we are busy rushing around all darn day!!!!!!

Calimama replied: Yep sounds like us. We're up by 6-7am and in bed finally around 11-12pm.

mummy2girls replied:
Marcus does help. He does the bedtime routine with jenna. Does help with the dishes and he helps any way he can. but with his help it still seems like a looong day:( He wants to do more but its me that has to let him... im anal that way...LOL

coasterqueen replied:
wink.gif I getcha. I used to be that way, but two kids later I am a LOT less anal than I used to be. laugh.gif wacko.gif You have to or you go insane. Especially if you both are working full-time and it makes it hard to get a lot of other things accomplished. Hang in there, sweetie. hug.gif hug.gif

mummy2girls replied:
and i agree because with my dayhome kids it feels i have way more kids. Im sure once this baby comes i will let marcus do alot more...LOL.

Mommy2BAK replied: I sooo don't even want to hear it tongue.gif

j/k, sorry your days are so hectic!

mummy2girls replied:
i know you have alot on your plate:) wink.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: Ever since I had Logan, busy has taken on a whole new meaning!! I have figured out I get the most accomplished early in the morning or late at night while the rest of the world is asleep! I was folding laundry at midnight after I fed the baby and got him settled back in his crib.

So I think its just life as a mom!! The little bit of down there is is a big treat!

I was going to add my own complaints but then decided you win! hug.gif

coasterqueen replied:
Oh I remember those days! I would nurse Kylie, put her down, then fold a load of laundry and put one in the wash. It just seemed like the only time to get things done, and was. happy.gif

punkeemunkee'smom replied:
