My grandfather passed away on Monday - Been MIA
My2Beauties wrote:  6 weeks to the day after my grandma passed. He had a massive heart attack on Monday evening. My mom called me around 11:00 pm Monday night. I did have to return to work today because our bereavement policy here at work is horrible when it comes to grandparents but hopefully I'll be off tomorrow and Friday to help my mom. The wake is Friday and the funeral is Saturday, I know I'll be off on Friday for sure. He wanted to go, he kept saying he wanted to be with my grandmother, I honestly think he grieved hisself to death. My poor mom, she has lost both her parents in under 2 months time But her and I are both at peace with how they both went, both of them have been sick for quite some time and were in and out of hospitals and nursing home rehab facilities. I hadn't seen my grandpa since my grandma's funeral and this past Sunday I went to see him, the day before he died, so I'm really glad for that, I told him I loved him and gave him a hug one last time.  I probably won't be on much after today, I will more than likely after today talk to you guys next week. Thanks in advance for your  and condolences, I know you guys will give me plenty!!!!
