My inlaws

This weekend reminded me how much I love my inlaws. In case some of you don't know my mother is a complete tyrant that has never realy warmed to me and totaly revoked me when I got pregnant with Cassie. She is nasty to me which I cna live with but she's also a complete cowbag to Cassie which I cannot stand.

So anyway, Jason and I landed on his mum and dad this weekend with no warning. And we had such a great weekend despite the reason why we went up there in the first place. Cassie LOVES her nana and granda, and they looked after her while me and Jason had sme time alone. And they offered to babysit her on Saturday night so we could go ou but in tead all five of us ended up going out, which Cassie had such a great time at And they are just generally so supportive and kind. It might not seem like such a big deal but when you have a mother like mine, it really means a lot. I especially love how much they adore Cassie

Alright gush over. I am jut so grateful to them for putting us up at such short notice and always being there for all three of us and wnated to share it! xx

Josie83 replied: Thanks everyone. Maybe I will write to them and have Cassie make them a picture. Although we talk on the phone all the time and I always tell them a million times how grateful I am to thtem! They know how bad my mum is too so they are always sooooo supportive.

b&bsmom replied: As much as they can sometimes get on my nerves they would help us in a heartbeat and do often. It is nice to have family. My side besides immediate family is not so close. Oh and by the way it is nice to see you have a nana to. My parents are nana and dada to my kids. Glad you had such a nice time.
