My new siggy

I can't igure out how to get backgrounds or anything, like the pretty borders and stuff everyone has or just 3 pictures side by side....ARGH! How do you do the little banners that say things like your child's bithdate and name or that one member has I love Pepsi and cute things, I guess I am just not computer savvy. I use Paint, Irfanview, photobucket and have been usign babiesonline.com, but the website is no help at all! I suck..whah!
