My struggle with a horse fly

Anyways there is this horse fly living in our garage. He or she or IT likes to dive bomb me and pester the heck out of me while I'm working. He will buzz by my ear then I will attempt to swat him, he'll buzz by the other ear and I'll do the swat thing.

Last night I was on the hunt for him/she/it because he wouldn't leave me alone for anything! I grabbed a broom and I was determined to control the situation, ahem. I had been nice for weeks now letting him pester me but enough was enough. I was swatting at him/she/it like I was hitting a baseball or something, lol. Well I wasn't catching the little booger, it was too fast for me. I decided to try once more, my final attempt....well wouldn't you know it he landed on the van and just sat there staring up at me. For a brief moment I figured a dent in the mini van was worth it, but DH came walking out about the moment I was starting to swing and grabbed the broom out of my hand.

He just looked at me and wondered what the heck was going on. That stupid fly continued to bother me the rest of the evening! It's MINE tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
