Need ideas of what to wear to Luau???

What about a pair of khaki shorts and a hawaiian shirt? Then maybe add a cheap lei (sp?) and/or a flower in your hair.

luvmykids replied: Target or WalMart (can't remember which) had really cute Hawaiian print sundresses for $12.99, I don't know if they were clearance or on sale or if that was the regular price.

Kaitlin'smom replied: Well you could wear a grass skirt over shorts, I think I still have one if you want to borrow it. I also have a couple leis, you could borrow and a fun hat. deffinalty flip flops, either a fun hawaiian print dress, top or just shorts tank. (sorry I dont have any cocunuts to led you )

Brias3 replied: I was gonna suggest a brightly colored tank, a simple skirt and some flip flops. Head over to the dollar store and see if you can pick up a cheap lei and maybe a flower for your hair or something.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: A nice Hawaiin print dress will work. Some of the other suggestions were nice too. Get yourself a flower to wear over your ear, but make sure you wear it over your left ear. That means your taken in Hawaii.
