MyLuvBugs replied: Well, do you want like grilled recipes or casserole ones or does it matter?

1lilpeanut2love replied: ANy and all kinds of ideas/ recipes. Thanks!! wink.gif

MyLuvBugs replied: Oh goodness! Have you tried those KC Masterpiece marinades? Some are ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Just make sure that you let the chicken sit in them for at least 4-5 hours before grilling.

I have a chicken and cheesy rice one somewhere that's really good (oven baked). I'll go and try to find it. Just a sec....

coasterqueen replied: Have you tried Cheesy Crockpot chicken before? Can't remember if I've given you the recipe.

Kaitlin'smom replied: well you can grill it than cut into strips for top of salad. Or cut into chunks panfry and use as filling for tacos, borritos or casidilla (sp). I also love placing in crock pot with your favorite BBQ sauce let cook all afternoon. then you can either make rice or mash tatos with it. YUMMY okay I am hungry now.

MyLuvBugs replied: Well, boogers! I can't find it. I think I loaned it to my mom and never got it back. dry.gif

salmndr007 replied: foodnetwork.com is a God's send when it comes to finding new recipes. I also like to let it sit in italian dressing for a couple of hours then take it outside and grill it...yummm...you can also put it in alfredo sauce and bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 360 degrees then make some noodles and have creamy chicken alfredo...that is one of my favorites and it is pretty simple too.

AlexsPajamaMama replied: I like the Italian Dressing Chicken too that Sal mentioned. Never had it on the grill, I cook mine in the oven. Gotta try it grilled, sounds yummo!!

groovy_mommy replied: Hi,

My family always enjoy Chicken with Honey and Cheese.

It's simple, it's yummy...

All you need is a little onion, garlic powder, salt, butter, all mixed and coat the chicken with. Wait 'til 10 minutes. Add honey and put it in the oven. After it's done, top with paremesan cheese...

that's my fave, especially when time is tight!

luvmykids replied: I love chicken chunked in a salad with mandarin oranges, walnuts, craisins and poppyseed dressing.

Also I like it baked with just salt, pepper and paprika. And I make teriyaki chicken bowls, just cook rice and add mixed veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) and chicken with teriyaki sauce.

And chicken and dumplings.

An all time family favorite is pasta cooked with a little garlic, onion and celery, then shred chicken and add to the pasta.

Brias3 replied: I love chicken and its a staple in our house since we don't eat too much red meat. One of my favorite easy chicken dishes is penne pasta, cooked and sauteed in olive oil and garlic, then mix grilled chicken chunks and broccoli into it. It's also good with alfredo sauce if you prefer. I also LOVE chicken devon and have an excellent recipe I'll have to earth up for you. I also do alot of wraps here too. I'll use flatbread or pitas to make chicken caesar wraps with grilled chicken strips, chopped lettuce, onion, parmesan and caesar dressing.

If you're looking for more ideas, I live by the Kraft Foods site. It will even allow you to type in a key ingredient and it'll match you with tons of recipes.

1lilpeanut2love replied: Thanks for ALL of the yummy ideas. yummy.gif yummy.gif
