Not good news.... - we are holding on......
punkeemunkee'smom wrote: Nolan has had no improvement today. He does not speak and he does not acknowledge anyone else in the room. He still has a fever but can not take anymore tylenol because his liver function has suffered too great a hit already. They are doing a CAT scan within the hour, I am unsure as to what they are looking for. It is not good that he is not seeming to respond to antibiotics. I am hoping that he is just taking a little rest to let his body do what it needs to do.....Please pray for my mom-she is beginning to break down-I can't even begin to imagine what she is feeling! I will update when I know. Thank You all again for all your prayers-we know he can still pull through this-safe and sound.......

jcc64 replied: I just got home, and the first thing I wanted to do was check in here about Nolan. I'm sorry there's been no improvement. Things have a way of turning around quickly, Abbie. When my little brother was an infant, he had some mysterious infection that was causing him to hemorrage. At a certain point, the drs told my parents to go home and prepare for his passing. The next morning, he had miraculously turned a corner and began to come back to them. He is the one who is now a pediatrician. Have faith, I know your belief in God's love will sustain you through this terrible ordeal. My heart goes out to you, hon.
