OH! I am such a worry wart!!

kit_kats_mom replied: It sounds like it may be a hernia. I don't know anything about them, but I know they aren't life threatening. They do need to be treated though...at least I think so.

maestra replied: Jaci has an umbilical cord hernia, and it makes her belly button stick out like an outie. The dr. said they don't do anything for them until they are at least 2. But you should still get it checked out! Good Luck!

MommyToAshley replied: ITA, sounds like a hernia. Ashley had a small one when she was born, but it went away on it's own. I think it depends on the size, but I don't think they do anything for it.

jcc64 replied: Sounds like an umbilical hernia. Really not a big deal. Just needs to be watched. My brother's had one for years. It sticks out more when he's been on his feet too much. Take her in, but relax, it's not a biggie.
