OMG I'm so excited!!!!

BUT I'm not scheduled for a sonogram for another 2 weeks to find out if the placenta has moved. My doc said to me "we are testing out this new 3-D machine to see if we want to buy it or not and we are trying to get people with unique cases like yours to try it out. What are you doing at 11:30 Monday morning? Are you interested?"  I was like HECK YES I'm interested and I don't care what I'm doing Monday I will be there!". 
So I not only not have to wait 2 more weeks to find out, but I get to see my baby girl on 3-D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm so frigging excited and Monday is not going to get here fast enough. 
Oh and even better this sono is FREE! Since DH's insurance screwed us this year we were going to have to pay $400 for the other one and now we don't have to worry about that!

She did tell me to bring my vhs tape but she wasn't for sure if they could hook up the vcr to the new machine since it's a "test" right now. I was so literally excited I didn't think to ask if we'd get pics too. BUT my assumption is we will because she canceled my other sono for two weeks from now so they use those pics for their records and since I do have a low lying placenta they will definitely want pics for their records ya know  .
I'm like a school girl today I'm so excited!

good for you- I would be so psyched to get one of those 3-D's- a great thing to put in the scrapbook. And very happy about the diabetes thing as well. The last thing you need is another complication.
Do you have placenta previa? That's what my sitter has, and while she hasn't been put on bedrest, she is being watched closely and we're all keeping our fingers crossed for her.

She hasn't classified it as placenta previa but I am on modified bedrest and no "you know what" because of the low lying placenta as well as I have another area inside of the uterus that is bleeding..that's where all the bleeding in the beginning was occuring from. The doctor doesn't want me to have ANY bleeding what-so-ever and doesn't want to chance pre-term labor so that's why the "rules". I'm hoping if it's moved up that she'll take me off of them.
