OMG!!!! Jenna's school called... Police was there&

mummy2girls wrote: I get a call at 12:48pm and its the vice principle. He says Shelly Jenna is ok but the police is here... you need to get down to the school. Luckily Marcus was home sick so i left the dayhome kids with him and took off to the school. On the way there I was vibrating and i said if this is concerning aron he has lost all priveledges of her and all he gets is phone calls. So i get to the school. the vice principle ushers me into a room where a police officer is. I sit down and the police man says... do you know an Aron ... My head hit the table. I looked up and said yes thats jennas dad. He said well we know alot about him and you know some. and i threw it all on the table in what i knew. I didnt care because i was ticked off at this time!!! He told me that aron owes money and the dealers were saying that if he doesnt give him the money he is going after his kids. my jaw hit the table. OMG guys! After our convo he said that he wants me to take jenna straight home. gave me his card and all that jazz. i went home and came to the conclusion that aron is to not step foot into my house ever until i know what is going on! And the cop said that if he decided to take me to court because i wont let him see her he pretty much has no leg to stand on with that. Aron called me at 730pm and told me he was interigated and stuff and he confessed to alot so pretty much he will never ever get unsupervised visitations with jenna... He has a record and may have charges laid and so much more. I am so mad right now!!!!!! I told aron that we need to talk face to face, with jenna not with us and alone away from the house. and he wants marcus to come too. he feels because he is my husband and jennas step dad he has every right to be there and wants to explain himself to him as well. I AM So mad right now. im stressed, crying, scared!!!! jenna isnt going to school tomorrow and marcus is taking a sick day to stay home as i dont want to be alone. he cops feel that jenna isnt at a big risk because the dealers may only know he has kids not what kind and where they live. they are concerned about chase because aron lives with chase and bea. They are concerned about jenna though and wont put her on the back burner!

Calimama replied: I'm confused. So the police called you down to Jenna's school because a dealer Aron owes money too threatened Jenna? How did the police know? If Aron committed a crime or did something that requires him being interrogated, why isn't he in jail?

grandma replied: If the drug dealer threatened Jenna's life why didn't the police simply go and arrest the drug dealer? If Aaron supplied them with the threat information he could have supplied them with the drug dealer's whereabouts.

lovemy2 replied: This all seems kind of strange - why would they go to her school and call you there why wouldn't they just get her and bring her home to you? Something isn't right and if Aaron truly has some kind of business with drug dealers I am not sure I would even let her have phone calls with him and I would be VERY careful where you are seen with him in public

Ditto, or even letting him come over. If these dealers are watching him, he'd lead them straight to your door.

Now the cops can't arrest the dealers based on that because that is just Aron's word. I mean, I could claim my neighbor murdered someone but the cops can't just take my word for it and it's possible they are looking for the dealers and maybe Aron doesn't know where they are or where they live. I'm guessing that when dealers make threats and shady deals they don't reveal their addresses but Idk for sure, luckily I've never dealt with dealers.
So in an effort to protect the kids, the cops have to take precautions, even if all they have is Aron's word. For example, if I tell the cops my neighbor beats her kids every night, they still have to take precautions even though they have nothing to go on besides my word. They would have to investigate to determine if it's true but they still have to take protective measures for the kids. So they went to the school and warned the school that Jenna may be in danger so the school can watch for anyone suspicious and keep a protective eye on her.
Sounds to me like Aron was questioned, revealed that his kids were threatened and that the cops took a preventative measure by letting the school and Shelly know about it. Just because Aron said so doesn't make it true, though, although it may be true, Idk, just saying that the cops can't just arrest someone based on Aron's word.
As for why they didn't take her home, well, I'm guessing the school wanted to talk to Shelly to see if she knows anything more about Aron and can you imagine if the cops showed up at her home with all those dayhome kids there? Shelly could very well lose her business if the kids go home and tell their parents that cops showed up to question Shelly. They probably also had to talk to Shelly about any precautions the school would be taking and clue her in on their plans to protect Jenna at school.
Just my take on it, I could be entirely wrong.
And Shelly, how awful, I really hope you get this worked out and don't worry yourself into a frenzy although I'm sure that's easier said than done. I also wouldn't meet Aron anywhere if you think he may have put your child in danger. I think part of becoming a parent means that you stop dealing with shady people that may be a threat to your kids or your life. These are things Aron should have considered before getting involved with these people, assuming that all the cops told you is the entire truth. Not saying they're lying but I'd want all the information before jumping to conclusions, Aron may have lied to them or he may be telling the truth, we don't know for sure yet.

Stay home, lock the doors, dont answer it to anyone you dont know, and dont let that man see her ever again. He has put her life at risk, and that's not something to play with.

I agree. I would not allow him to see her at all (at least until he gets his crap together). He created this mess, now he'll have to live with the consequences.

If he was picked up-What was he picked up for? If he just went to them willingly what was he charged (or will 'have charges laid' against him for?) Here if you have no illegal substance on you-they can't charge you for admitting to being a drug user-KWIM? Don't discount the fact that they could know where you live either! People like that aren't ones to take a loss of money lightly....I hope and pray that they just said that to scare Aaron into paying his debt but I would not meet with him or let him come anywhere around you just in case!

What if something does happen...Aaron shows up or God forbid one of the dealers buds does.....I think you really should tell them if you already haven't! I understand it is not something you would want to have to do but I can't imagine your liability if you don't!

Mya's stepbrothers dad is a convicted felon and he still get's tyler every other weekend. unsupervised and there is nothing Tabitha can do about it. I may hate her with every being i have but i adore Tyler and even i was amazed the courts would allow him in that envornment. Mya is not there btw when his dad gets him, i will not allow her to be there if he is. I hope this gets straightend out soon so things can begin to get back to normal.

BAH! That just bites! Like you needed that! I really hope that Aaron is just saying this stuff because he got in over his head and is scared...I am glad the police are taking this seriously too since now that he involved them whoever he owes money to will obviously not be happy. Can you get a gun permit for instances like this? Just so you are protected if someone should show up at your house? OMG I am freaking out just thinking about it! You must be in a panic! Thank God you have Marcus there with you now!
