OMG OMG OMG - I could have to move

THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN I do not know what we would do. We are in so much debt that no one would give us a loan to get something else, I don't think anyone would rent to us either. I will be so stuck. I don't know what our family would do. the problem is we live in a town where the land values are going up. We have a lot of horse and buggies and some farms around here so the area is not real built up. We don't even have a resturant in town anymore because devolpers convinced the land owners to sell which pushed the resturant owners out. The scary thing is they can be very sneaky about these things. They don't have to post that they are voting they just have to put an agenda out and basically it just says they are discussing the area. I am so scared and so upset right now. I don't know what we are going to do, I watch children in my home, which means without a home I have no job, I am so so so scared. I am so upset I just don't know what we are going to do. J-rod replied: sorry to hear...but look at this way....if they pass the vote....they have to give you top market dollar for your proerty....usually give a little more to help ease the pain so to speak. happened to my MIL mom when they moved the road. they bought her out of her house. she ended up building one about 50 yards from the old one.

boyohboyohboy replied: can you call the township to find out exactly what is going on? or maybe ask the park manager? at least you might get some definative answers, its so hard to be left wondering when its something so serious. I am so sorry!

From what I was told they do not have to compensate us. They are just buying the property which we do not own, we lease from the park, and we would have to be responsible for moving our homes I believe, since they are mobile homes, so we don't get anything for it.
