OMG...my brother is an idiot - he just earned a prison sentence

They took my brother to Jail and then another set of cops searched his van. They asked my mom if everything in the van was my brothers and my mom said Yes....the cop said that he didn't seem like the Jewelry type...And started pulling Jewelry out by the handfulls. My mom and sister recognized the Jewelry and it is my grandmothers. She is away on a cruise and my brother broke into her house....He stole a bunch of her Jewelry which we got back...He also stole a check of hers and forged it......My mom is not going to tell my grandma till she gets back.... He apparently broke in and had people over also...They have tons of fingerprints.

My grandpa owned a piece of property that he mined for gold on successfully before he died.....They have a basement under thier trailor and my brother even got into it and managed to steal a bunch of gold nuggets...Hes an Idiot.

But the good news is they all have restraining orders and Timmy is included on my moms and its good for up to a year. Now she is going for custody....and he will probably be doing some time anyways.

I hope that he can come to some sort of realization that this is not the life that he needs to lead, and that he needs to take responsibility for himself, so he can eventually take care of your nephew.
