lisar wrote: This is not my kids but this picture was sent to me in an e-mail and I thought I would share it....
PrairieMom replied: O....M......G.....
TheOaf66 replied: I can't believe that kid is smiling...mine would not be Wow, where do you even start with that?
5littleladies replied: My children would not see the light of day for years to come after doing such a thing.
PrairieMom replied: I just see $ signs. leather couch... Flat screen TV...flooring... ER bills from what I do to my kid...
lisar replied: I totally agree.
The titel of the e-mail I got was
"when its okay to beat your kids"
PrairieMom replied:
Boo&BugsMom replied: ME TOO! My thoughts exactly! Leather couch, tv, floors,...I don't think I would have had the patience to go get the camera with that one.
luvmykids replied: I can't say the words that just went through my mind .....
J-rod replied: couldnt have said it better myself
3_call_me_mama replied: WOW ! My first thought was .. UMMM who was watching them and why was there a gallon of paint in there reach that was apparently open or easy to open..... HMMMM Someone is responsible here and i hate to be the odd ones out but it isn't teh kids.. although I did get a good laugh a tthe expense of whoever this house and childnre belong to.
BAC'sMom replied: First I have to say… where were the parents?
Second I imagine the reason why he’s smiling is because this is not the first time he has destroyed the house and had his picture taken. It’s a shame that his parents rewarded him by his negative action.
Yea, he'll be a repeat offender for sure, so get some more film Mom.
Boo&BugsMom replied: After seeing the picture again, doesn't it seem like the paint is a bit too evenly spread out to be caused by children? When children paint it isn't all neat and even, it's sporadic. I mean, look at their legs. I don't think they would have done that themselves. Must be nice to get to paint on leather furniture and a tv and not think twice about it. Hummm.....
Brias3 replied: You can't put into words what my reaction would be if that were my children. However, I'll agree with you all and say that my kids would never have access to a gallon of paint in a living room and then be unsupervised long enough to paint an entire room anyhow
Mommy2Isabella replied: I would BEAT my child ... and I agree with others on the whole, where were the parents during this charade?
But, hey it made me laugh a little at their expense, but if they were my children ... they would be ... ummm not so much my children after ruining all my stuff that was that expensive!
redchief replied: Wow.
ZandersMama replied: omg, i cant believe they even went and got the camera!
Brias3 replied: I do agree, that is one heck of a good, thorough job for kids but I'll say from experience, they CAN do a decent job of covering their entire arms and legs on their own quite well (Let's just say important phone call, blue marker, Mason....end of story )
My2Beauties replied: I would have never even thought about taking a picture of that one -
Also, I am in the consensus here, no way on this earth would my child have access to a gallon of paint at any given point in time and for me to not be around her long enough to let it get to be that big of a mess.
C&K*s Mommie replied: Smile! for the camera! = approval in the childs mind. Punishment for making a mess= confusion. The child sees the camera and puts on a show by smiling, now you punish him? I agree with LeaAnn, no pics... straight to the punishment. And also punishment for the parents for being away for so long so they could make such a mess!
I liked what Tara said...
AlexsPajamaMama replied: yikes
MommyToAshley replied: I think paint is added with photoshop. A good photoshop person could do that.
I agree the paint doesn't look random at all.
ions_momma replied: Wow! I definatly agree with everyone else when it comes to where were the parents and why was there an open can of paint near the children? If that was my children, I definatly wouldnt run and go get the camera! I would be furious!!!
My3LilMonkeys replied: My thoughts exactly.
Our Lil' Family replied: I got this email yesterday and was just stunned! The first thing DH said was, THAT TV!!!!
