Ok, so I took the pics of me in my swim suit
coasterqueen wrote: Ummmmmmm, O M G I have a lot of work to do. The good news is it fits! Barely but it does. Although technically it doesn't really fit in the chest area so I really think I'm going to have to get a new suit for this season. I can't expect my chest to get any smaller because I'm nursing. I think the WORST shot was looking at my backside. Thank goodness I still have 12 more pounds to lose.
But I'd definitely say taking and looking at those pics gave me motivation because there's no way I'm going out in that suit with this body this summer and I'm not buying a bigger suit THAT'S FOR SURE.
booey2 replied: Good for you Karen that is one of the hardest things to do. If you have to buy another suit have you seen the tankini. They are great and at some stores you can get the pieces seperately so you can mix the sizes to better fit different parts of your bodacious body. hth.
coasterqueen replied: Yeah, that's what I actually have. It's the only way I can buy a suit because either my butt is too big and chest is too small for the suit or vice versa.
MyLuvBugs replied: Ya know what though....You've lost over 23 lbs already. That is totally amazing!!! And only 12 more to go?!?!? That's hardly anything. You'll get down there, and you'll put on that suit again in May and say "WOW" about how amazing you look in it. I just know you will. Keep up the good work, and say motivated.
coasterqueen replied: Aww thanks Erika. That's very sweet. I hope I get there. Not sure it will be by May but close enough I'm sure. It's just amazing that when you take a picture it REALLY shows you what areas you need to work on. Course my bum is ALWAYS a work in progress.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I didn't do this yesterday. I will go do that right now. It's going to be BAD! Especially since AF is here and I'm VERY bloated.
Kaitlin'smom replied: your braver than I am. I would hate to see a pic of me in a swim suite I dont think I have any that fit right and need to ditch the old ones as they are worn out.
coasterqueen replied: Well I tell you what it's easier to see a pic of me in one now while I'm trying to lose weight then later when I lost weight and THINK I look good in one. I guess what I'm trying to say is it's helping me see what areas REALLY need work.
Maddie&EthansMom replied:
I took the pics and they were bad. Not as bad as I thought they'd be and I'd actually wear this swimsuit without thinking twice, but I would like to firm my butt and tummy before wearing it on the beach in June.
coasterqueen replied: Good for you.
I think I'd think twice before going out in my suit. Course I may look better if I wasn't as white as a ghost!
MyLuvBugs replied: Mine too. I've noticed the sagging has started in it, but my biggest problem....the thighs.... But it just takes a little hard work and we'll all get to our ideal. (hopefully )
redchief replied: Karen, you're doing great and you DESERVE the treat of a new, good fitting suit to celebrate your accomplishments!
coasterqueen replied: Thanks Ed. You are too kind.
