TANNER'S MOM replied: Well You know what I say..lol

I happen to love the shorter texturized stuff for me.. It helps me control my curls..

It takes away from my round face and is very easy to do....

But thats for me... I liked your hair when you had it kinda feathered and cute!

coasterqueen replied: Hmmmm, what about just cutting the length a bit. Sometimes that can just rejuvenate your look a bit.

I'm thinking about doing that, cutting the length a bit. But I pull my hair back in a pony tail often and like the longer length for that so who knows what I'll do. rolleyes.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: As someone who has thick wavy hair myself, you should probably stick to layers since it thins it out a bit and doesn't make it look like a lampshade on your head if you go too short. I've only seen one pic of you and your hair looked long. What about just above your shoulders, but way below your ears?

Kaitlin'smom replied:
I would love to go real short, like yours but I am not ready for that yet, I do like having long hair. I love when the stylest does my hair she can get it streight and the nice feathered looked in the back but it hard for me to do

Kaitlin'smom replied:
I was thinking just chopping some lenght off but keeping it long enought to pull back. I guess I just need less to dry and style.

okay this may sound crazy but I still love the styles Monica and Rachel had from freiend

heres a pic of one

Kaitlin'smom replied:
Ya I need layers to help with it.

Kait wants to know if she can have one (she is talking about wil and his pics in your sig) laugh.gif

heres the oother style I like

so am I crazy, just not sure how well I could stlye it. KWIM?

coasterqueen replied: Ooooh I like Monica's better. I'd LOVE to get a style like that. I think you'd look great with that style! thumb.gif The only thing I'd worry about is how long it takes to get it to look that way everyday. bigthink.gif

Jamison'smama replied: big, giant velcro (or hot) rollers. That's how they get that look--I did it for a while and it wasn't too hard to do---although my hair is not thick and wavy--that may take longer. I still think they are cute too--although I am having trouble seeing the difference in the two haircuts.

coasterqueen replied:
laugh.gif I went back and looked at them again and I think I'm wacko.gif because I don't see the difference now either. Just call me LOON! laugh.gif I think it is just the difference in color that makes them look a little bit different...right? rolling_smile.gif

giant velcro rollers huh? Never would have thought...course my hair is so lame. rolleyes.gif

A&A'smommy replied: UGH I know what you mean I'm SICK of my hair!! But I have to wait until Jeremiahs work load slows down before I can do anything bawling.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: well I am going to try and make an appointement for saturday. I will be cutting some lenght off just not sure what I will do for sure I would really like that cut I posted above but I am not sure I could do it mysef easily in the mornings. So if I get an appointment I will talk to my stylest and go from there. I just need a change, or at least a few inches shorter so less drying time, thanks I will let you know.

A&A'smommy replied:
Let us know what you choose I LOVE that hairstyle and I bet it would look SOO cute on you!!!

Kaitlin'smom replied:
blush.gif awww thanks.

the salon does not open till 10am I will call then and see if I can get in saturday. I am hoping so casue the ends need cut bad they are so lifeless, a bit dry and well just looks bad.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied:
She can borrow him for awhile...j/k! That's cute... wub.gif

I had the "Rachel" several years ago and it worked really well on my hair. It does take a lot of styling, mostly blowdrying everyday. Use a large barrel bristle brush and brush up and out. And then I would use the velcro curlers when dry, mostly just on top to add volume. Bring in the picture so they'll get it right. I still like the look a lot also, but maybe just go a little messier. I've noticed less volume in hair these days, less on top I guess. Either way...you'll look great!

Boys r us replied: I love jennifer's hair in the pic! But I'll tell you, that isn't going to be aneasy style in the mornings!

Kaitlin'smom replied:
thats what I am afraid of wacko.gif

but then it does not always need to look like that, I guess I like the chunky layer look at the ends

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Well, I love that look. That is actually the easiest style for my hair and it takes the least amount of time of any of the styles I've had. ONLY b/c I have fine, thin, wavy hair. If it is cut with layers it is incredibly easy to do. I'm not sure how easy it would be to style if you have thick hair, though. I dont' wear my hair wavy, but it is nice to have wavy hair b/c it gives it texture. When my hair is longer I use a round brush and dry it up and out like Rae was talking about. I use a root lifter (b/c of my thin, fine hair) I just use the brush when I'm drying the top. On the bottom I just use my fingers to comb thru it while it is drying and it flips like that on its own.

Let us know what you decide. I can't wait to see it. biggrin.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I am thinking of going for it, my hair is not real thick but not thin kinda med. I will talk to my stlyes to see what she think if it will work for my hair or not, but I am deffinalty cutting some lenght off if I dont go with that.

thanks everyone I will post about it saturday after its done, let just hope I like what ever I do decide
