Yes, it was just for me. I'm not done yet, still have nearly half to go and I've been stuck for a while. But this week I'm hitting it hard and investigating gyms in the area. Time to get back to exercising. I may treat myself to a month with a trainer, too. Some treat, huh? But I need some guidance.
