Oldest DD was sick - so we're just waiting...

Oldest DD is sick with bronchitis, we took her to the doc on Friday (actually had to go to the clinic, our "real" doc was out of the office all week). So, of course, since we'd not been there before, it was expensive for the first visit. And the medicine - ouch! Having no insurance sucks, really really sucks.

But then Anders was very warm all Friday night and Saturday. I never really took his temp, but I would guess 101 or better. We just kept him pumped full of tylenol and he spent most of Saturday in bed just watching cartoons, and didn't do much. He started coughing a little, but it doesn't sound like bronchitis (I hope not, the doc said it could be contagious). He seems much better today, getting into all kinds of mischeif.

So now Emmy is coughing, but not running a fever. I am really hoping that since I am BF she either won't get it much at all, or it will be very minimal. DH woke up today with his joints aching like he was going to get sick, and if he does, I don't even want to think about how long it will take us to catch up at work.....sigh......

Hopefully I won't get it - I had something over Thanksgiving weekend, and I don't need anything else, not with all that's going on - lol

i'm sorry you guys are all feeling yucky..i hope it passes soon. seems like a lot of people are sick though..i had to get the flu shot (in the military) but it feels like it was for nothing because taven and i have been going back and forth for the past 2 weeks already with some type of crud...
