Our Family Portraits

C&K*s Mommie wrote: This is our family portrait for 2005. Ugly ol' me included. It was taken in Georgia at Chris' GP's house. Christian was ill that day (funny how we always get sick when we go to Tallahassee ) and Kellie ws beyond tired. So it was a pain, getting any good photos with them in it. Alot of promises of of banana popsicles allowed us to stop the tears for a moment. Among the two versions of our family, this is my fave.

C&K*s Mommie replied: oh, that was not rude! I actually thought for a moment that I had missed fixing the classic 'red-eye photo', when I had read that post. Christian was sick, and Kellie was tired, but you are right, it did not show up in the photo. WHEW!!

It's neat that you and your extended family all wore white shirts and jeans... makes for a great looking photo.

As for seeing them often, we do actually. His GP's just moved to Georgia, as well as his aunt & family moved 5min away from them! Other than that we all get together often, most of his family is in Tallahasseee (about 45min south of his GP's) And since TLH is only 2.5hrs away we have no excuse not to see them at least every couple of months. Anytime we are in town, we make a point to see most of them, unless it is a special holiday we are able to see them all.

C&K*s Mommie replied: Chris and I still can't figure out how the girls came from us, but it is said that the two ugliest people make the cutest kids! And yes, the popsicles were well worth it!
