mckayleesmom replied: Thanks everyone. I don't know what the traditional gift for the first year is, but we both just picked what we wanted. Thats how we usually do it. Dh wanted some tools and I don't know what I want yet. I think I want a new coffee table. We are not officially celebrating till next week cause he had to work. Technically in the army recruiting you are suppose to get your anniversary off, but he had to work anyways, but when the CO found out it was our anniversary he sent him back home, but it was already 7 oclock. But thats ok. I made dinner and we talked and did other stuff . Either way he got to come home a little early and got to spend some time with Mckaylee trying to teach her how to jump in the Johnny Jump up...lol
