Pampered Chef People... I NEED A RECIPE - PLEASE

MommyToAshley wrote: I was at a get-together at a friend's house and one of the ladies (that I just met that day) brought a baked chicken appetizer dish. It was so YUMMY. She said it was quick and easy to make. She said it was a pampering chef recipe that used crescent rolls for the crust, then shredded chicken and then had some kind of cream cheese saucy stuff and then grated cheese (I think?), tomatoes and bacon on top. Then she cut it into squares for easy serving. Anyways, I need to bring a dish to another event and I want to make this... anyone know what I am talking about and have the recipe to share?

lisar replied: Try this website. I am not sure if the specific one you are looking for is on here, but the recipes are by Pampered Chefs

moped replied: Pampered chef recipes are online - let me look for the link

Jamison'smama replied: I make a wonderful chicken squares dish with crescent rolls, chicken, cream cheese folded up with crushed croutons on top but it isn't pampered chef. If you don't have any luck, my neighbor sells PC and I can ask her.

Sakeloonie replied: I'm not sure this is the one, as I didn't get it from Pampered Chef, but it sounds like what you described:

Chicken club squares

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon dill
1 (10 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained and flaked
1/2 small cucumber, sliced and quartered
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
6 slices bacon, cooked,drained,and crumbled

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll one package of crescent rolls acoss one end of a 10x15 inch pan with longest sides of dough across width of pan.

Seal perferations and press dough up sides of the pan to form a crust.

Sakeloonie replied: Oh and btw I assume mayo is NOT Miracle Whip that would make it icky (imo).

Dee

Jamison'smama replied: I think this is exactly what Dee just posted but is THIS it? Clubhouse Chicken Squares--under the guacamole recipe.

MommyToAshley replied: Thanks.. that's it, I think, only she didn't put the cucumbers on it.

MommyToAshley replied:
Do you mind sharing your recipe .. I'd like to try it too.

THANKS!

MommyToAshley replied: I have made these two times, and both times they were okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't like the ones I had at my friend's house. I wonder if there is another similar recipe or if I am doing something wrong.

CantWait replied: That looks WAY yummy. I'm going to have to try that.

Nina J replied:
Maybe the lady added some extra ingredients to the recipe?
