They are having the radio telethon for the Children's Hospital today. I listened to it on the way to drop Ashley off at preschool... and when the little girl with CF started singing twinkle twinkle little star, I just lost it. Ashley asked me why I was crying and I told her I was sad for the little boys and girls at the hospital that were sick. And, I told her that they need money at the hospital for medicine to help the boys and girls get well. And, she said, "mommy, I can give them my birthday money" I lost it again!

When Ashley gets home, we'll say a little prayer for the kids and call in and make a donation. But, first I will hug her so tight and thank God for my healthy little girl.

jem0622 replied: The do one in the Baltimore area for JHU Hospital. I bawl everytime! So glad that they are doing these programs to get support for those in need!
