these are my new glasses, btw 
Sunday we are celebrating ethan's b-day. we are going to chuck e cheese and then open gifts here. 
eta: yes, that's a bruise on his forehead.

The bruise..it looks worse in the pic. Really you can hardly see it in person. It's at that ugly yellow phase. 
He was running thru the hall the other day and fell, landing on his forehead. I thought we were going to have to go to the ER. Naturally I wasn't around when it happened..that sounds bad...I mean I wasn't standing right there. (Maddie told me what happened...they were chasing each other). It didn't form a knot immediately like I thought it would or like it has done in the past and I thought it was going IN instead of OUT. DH freaked.  We watched it for a couple of minutes and we finally felt a little knot. Scotty just kept saying "he has a head injury" He didn't fall that hard, but I know it only takes one little bump in the right place. Scary.
Anyway, that's the long version. He is such a clutz. Constantly falling. I can't keep him bruise free. Is that a boy thing?? Maddie wasn't that way at all.

coasterqueen replied: Hope it's not a boy thing, because Kylie went through it too....still does. The girl has a ton of bruises on her constantly and is always falling. She'll say "I'm ok, I'm ok" before I can ask because she knows I'm going to ask and it happens all the time.
