I think my secret is a combo of things.
This is what works for me; I can't tell anyone what will work for you.
Diet - as in, eating correctly. Every meal has to consist of a veggie or a salad. Protein intake is BIG and carbs are small. However, some carbs are good as in pasta - whole wheat instead of white flower. I treat myself once and a while to a bureeto (fileld with steak and chicken and I take out the rice and other stuff) but no fast food. (ok, maybe, a slice of pizza...) I drink nothing but water. No soda, NO alcohol, I drink skim milk, no sugar but if I want to drink something with a little taste, Crystal Light (just a pinch in water) good stuff... Multi vitamin’s help too!
Workin out! Besides running after Franki, I hit the gym 3 days a week. All I know is that I feel 10000X better about myself, and it feels so good that I can wear pants that I was going to toss out. I went from a size 40 to a size 32. Who knows about tomorrow, but for now, this is where I am at…
