Parts of this is about waist deep. I know it dont look that way but we have things dug for the 4-wheelers to make jumps that you cant even see.
This is the dirt road that I live down
 Still under water.
 Still parts of my road
 More parts of my road
This is the main hard road
My2Beauties replied: Oh dear how awful I am so sorry! You poor thing, you guys please stay safe!
punkeemunkee'smom replied: That is bad! Has the rain let up yet?
lisar replied: The wind is gone. And it is sunny outside right now but we have thunder storms in the forecast for this afternoon. We cant take any more water here. It is bad all over town. There are a mess load of streets that are closed. If we do get a real hurricane thru here I am leaving. This was just a tropical storm.
Crystalina replied: OMG Lisa!!! You need a boat to get home! Did it damage your house any? Stay safe and watch touching that water. I've heard that there may be toxic stuff in there.
That first pic you posted....Wouldn't the kids just love to tear up the yard on their 4-wheelers? Evan would be out there in a heartbeat with that wet lawn and mud. I can't tell you how many times I've looked out the window to mysterious "crop circles" in my yard after a rain.
grandma replied: On the bright side, your land is beautiful
BAC'sMom replied: Never underestimate Mother Nature.
I hope things will start to dry up now.
angie1313 replied: OMG! Please stay safe...It's gotta let up at sometime, remember that!!
lisar replied: Oh dont think Lexi hasnt asked. She loves it when its wet cause she can slam on brakes and turn the wheels and get all sideways. She loves it. But NO I wont let her in the front yard. its a standing rule no one is allowed to tear up the front yard not even me. And when its wet we cant even walk thru it without leaving prints so there are definatley no atv's going thru it right now. You cant see some of the back yard where it has been torn up from the kids doing doughnuts constantly back there. The dads taught them how and now thats all they wanna do.
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I hope that you don't get anymore rain!
gr33n3y3z replied: I hope you dry out soon man that sure is a mess
redchief replied: I hope the thunderstorms pass you by and allow you to dry out. Stay safe.
Danalana replied: Oh man! That's terrible, Lisa! Hopefully, there won't be thunderstorms and yall can dry out. We have been under flash flood warnings, but nothing like that.
DillsMommy replied: rain, rain, go away.....
lisar replied: LOL... I have heard that song more in the past weekend than I have ever heard it. Raygen wont stop singing it now that I taught it to her.
GerberGoo replied: Oh wow!! Thats a lot of water
A&A'smommy replied: yikes girl, I'm glad we have canals (and bluffs to keep the river out of our town)but they are starting to flood too we are getting SOOO much rain and I'm SOO tired of it
AlexsPajamaMama replied: wow I hope it clears up soon!!
We had a bad flash flood in the town my dad lives in...and whole roads were washed out! Tar roads that just come to an end right in the middle of the road! Scary
Brias3 replied: WOW! I'm sorry that happened...hope things clear up soon
Calimama replied: Wow I hope you dry up soon!!!
msoulz replied: Wow, glad you are all OK. And I second the notion that you have fabulous land! I'm sure it's better when dry but still awesome.
lisar replied: Its much nicer when there isnt water everywhere.
MommyToAshley replied: OMG Lisa, that's a lot of WATER!
I hope it dries up quickly. And, I agree with the others, your land is beautiful. DH would love to have that kind of land.
Kirstenmumof3 replied: OMG how scary for you and your family! My thoughts and prayers are with you!
