Please enlighten me...

~CrazieMama~ replied: lol, I don't know what it s either. I don't like his music at all. I find it repulsive...lol sorry to anyone who does like him....
My2Carebears replied: I wish i knew the answer. Seems like everyone is inot how he says things though
MommyToAshley replied: Don't we sound like our parents did when we are young. LOL I feel so old when I hear today's music and say "that's not music, where's the appeal".
chloe&tysmommy replied: Don't ask me lol...I hate rap music
kit_kats_mom replied: That's the problem. It's not just his music. He is EVERYWHERE! Movies, TV, radio etc. I just find him soooo unnatractive and icky and not really the type of role model I would want my kids looking up too. Of course we had Pauley Shore...The "Weee-zel" LOL He was pretty gross too.
A&A'smommy replied: ugh i have NEVER liked him!!! Hes just weird...and his music isnt music its a bunch of old guys making up words so they rhyme and saying them along with music....
MomToMany replied: UGH! I hate rap music, too. There's nothing too special about it.
~CrazieMama~ replied: hnk we all should join the "I am just like my parents" club. I do not like rap music and most of todays music is awful. I will stick with my 80's music and make Brianna like it...lol
coasterqueen replied: LOL. I'm definitely the minority here. I like "most" rap music, not hard core rap, though. I have liked some of Snoops music, but mainly some of his past songs. I honestly don't know what he's been singing lately, lol. The only thing that fascinates me about his is one of his older videos had dobermans in it and ya know what his face kinda looks like a doberman. I just thought it was funny.
I don't really have a fascination with him, though, so nothing really to "enlighten" you with. LOL. Sorry couldn't help you out. I guess I like a lot of rap and dance music because I am a dance freak and loved going to the clubs. Don't do that anymore.
A&A'smommy replied: LOL Karen your SOOO funny!!!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I agree about the doberman thing.... I was jsut talking about this with one of my friends the other day (not snoop, but the music tastes and parents)
Here's what she ranted to me:

Epiphany Last night, while I was downloading music, I realized that you cannot prevent getting old. I was downloading tunes from my teenage years that I really liked and then it hit me. I'm turning into one of THOSE people. The ones who wonder what the youth of today sees in the crap that they listen too and they go back to the crap they used to listen to when they were teens. Once all the baby boomers die, the oldies stations are going to be the music of the 1990s and my kid is going to look at me like I'm a loser when I have that station on and he's going to go over and change it to something he likes.
Oy.

coasterqueen replied: LOL. I am *trying* not to become one of those people. I am trying to listen to all of today's music and trying to like it for Kylie's sake. I always wanted to be the cool mom who likes stuff DD likes. I had a friend who's mom was awesome. She was so in to what her dd liked, etc. It was kinda fun.
Course DH PRAYS she doesn't like rap or any dance music. He wants her to be in love with Meatloaf. LOL. I would say I love all kinds of music except country. I even like Meatloaf, took me awhile, but I like them now.
