We don't keep any stuffed animals in there....those are all in his pack-n-play.
Hey Dee.....is Ashleys hanging Ernie toy holding a duck that lights up when you push it....and plays music and quacks? if so....that is Aidans favorite toy....he laughs and stares at that thing....it goes wherever he goes!!

Heather replied: OH Man, Ali's crib seems to boring LOL. We try to keep as much as we can out of it. Right now she has:

Her aquarium
Her blankie with a bear attached to it
Baby Tad

That is about it...

MommyToAshley replied: Here is a picture of her in her crib.... DH thinks the pictures are funny because it looks like she is defying gravity and floating in the air.

(Most the toys laying in the crib come out when she goes to sleep)

I think around 4 months she was fun. But so far, I like the age 6-7 months...she is a hoot!

Thats what everyone kept telling me...."wait til he's 4 months" and it's true. He has really changed at 4 months. he's so much more interactive, and aware.

momofajcl replied: Nicholas has the aquarium in his crib, plus some little toys that keep him happy when he wakes up in the AM or after his naps. Like he has a play-sock that has a zebra on it that rattles - you can put it on the babies feet and they will play with their feet. Also, I've linked some of those red, white and black "chains" together that link his toys to the gym thingy and put them in his crib to chew on. Let's see...a dinosaur rattle too. I just realized tonight I need to have dh put his mattress down a notch. He's not grabbing the crib yet, but I would rather be ready for him to pull up on it than fall out I have one of his cloth books in there with him too.

The fisher price aquarium
The Bumber pads which have stuffed bugs on it and an ark with the door that opens and makes noises.
the matching mobile with all the animals from the ark.
a light that when he makes noise comes on at night.
Several stuffed animals that comes out at night.
and then he has the tent where the cat can't get in so on top of the tent is to little blue angel bears watching over him.
I think that is all Oh no the bear that makes the womb sound is velcroed to the crib in the corner.

But he does have the same worm toy that Gabrielle has... except his is in primary colors instead of pastel colors

MomofTay&Sam replied: Sam has too much in his crib. LOL He doesnt sleep in it so it's safe. Just play time a some nap time. Here is a pic I just took! I wish I had his bed.

ediep replied: Jason's bed is boring...he has bumper (its denim with sports patches from pottery barn), blanket, mobile with bears holding balls (soccer, baseball, football, basketball) Thats it. I noticed yesterday that he was trying to grab the mobile, so I may have to take it down soon. He has the aquarium and a sparkling symphony mirror but I haven't put it in the crib yet...I guess I keep thinking that he'll wake up at 2am and want to play with the toys instead of sleep!

MommyToAshley replied: That is actually how Ashley learned to go back to sleep on her own. She will play with her toys. After she falls asleep, I go to check on her, and she has usually fallen asleep with her hand on one of the toys hanging on the side of her bed. I have to lay her hand down so it doesn't fall asleep...LOL.

But, if Jason already goes to sleep on his own, I'd be like you...afraid to change a good thing.

Chris replied: A basket full of Kai's clean laundry and a box full of toys for her..... as you can see I still haven't had it in me to move her into her crib!! I guess I'll have to empty it out for her though because she really doesn't fit in that bassinet anymore
I have a mobile on her crib waiting for her but by the time I get her in there, I'll have to remove it because she'll be so big and ready to sit up and grab it
I almost bought her the fisher price fishy thing but Babies R Us refused to let me use my $5 off $25 coupon cuz the dern thing only cost $24.95! So, I walked out without it because *I* refused to buy a random item just to bring my total over 25!! I plan to purchase it asap though because I'd like a little more to entertain her in the crib when I move her there. She needs entertainment.. gets bored easily.

That was one of the toughest things for me...moving Ashley from her bassinet which was right beside me to her own crib in her own room. She was such a big baby that she outgrew her basinet by 10 weeks.

booey2 replied: I wish he was still in the crib. We had to give it back to the people we borrowed it from, so now he is on a mattress on the floor with a bedrail and he loves it. We did this at 14months and never regretted it for a minute, the only thing we have to do is to gate him in so he doesn't start wandering in the middle of the night.

dhoppygirl replied: Peyton has his bumper, his quilts (usually two or three because he'll pull on off to put another one one), then he has his fisher price aquariams on both ends of the cribs (we got two for Christmas and didn't want to return one!), he usually has two or three pacifiers laying around in there (when they aren't thrown over the side) and then he has his cookie monster blankie/stuffed animal. Sometimes there is a toy or two, but not very often. All his toys are down stairs in our living room!
