Prayers have been answered
C&K*s Mommie wrote: So Chris and I have been praying and being patient on his finding a new job somewhere else. He loves auto sales, he simply loves it. But there were negatives that got the best of him, and he wanted to leave auto sales.
So he called to tell me that all is looking well for a position that he applied for last week. It would be for a route driving job, for a beer company. That in itself is humorous since he has never had liquor in his entire 28yrs. He has to pass an agility test tomorrow, and a drug test. The company is willing to hire him to come on in on Monday, despite the fact that the results from the drug test will not be in until Tues or Wed. Chris has never done those either, so unless he has had some poppyseeds in the last month --he would be in the clear anyhow.
Just wanted to share that good news that our prayers have been answered, and he will have more time with the family with this new position. It would be a M-F job, until he learns the routes it may be as much as 12hr days (he is used to that), after he learns the routes he may be home by the time I go to class at night, and every 5th Sat he would be required to work.
