Pregnancy
Mommy2BAK wrote: what is your favorite thing about being pregnant?
and what is your least favorite thing?
Mommy2BAK replied: I think my favorite part is knowing whats coming in the end, no matter how unpleasant this pregnancy is/can get at least I know that before too long they will be laying my new son on my lap!
Least favorite part.... gaining weight I guess, and all those lovely changes in mood
moped replied: I can't imagine you have gained much
Mommy2BAK replied: Well it's because I've been so sick, but let me tell you... I'm definately starting to fret a bit since I'm probably gonna pack on all the pounds at once which means strech mark city I'm sure!
But trust me... I would much rather be gaining pounds by the day rather than being soooooo sick
moped replied: Well I use the stick from the Body Shop - I used it with Jack and no marks at all - if you are interested........and he was near 10 pounds!
Mommy2BAK replied: hmm.. I may have to look into that. I didn't really get any strech marks with Blakely so I'm hoping I don't this time either. But I do have some stretch mark lotion that I could use. The stick sounds cool though, I may look into that!
Mommy2Isabella replied: Favorite part : The end result
Least favorite part : Everything before the end result.
Sal and I were talking about this last night. I asked him what in the WORLD made us want another baby. I now remember how MISERABLE I was with Bella, and this time, I just can't sleep the pregnancy away like I did with Bella.
moped replied: All of that is how I feel!!!!!!
But I love my babies!
lovemy2 replied: Olivia -
Best Part - Her
Worst Part - ALL OF IT...
Dylan
Best Part - feeling him move and then him
Worst Part - Not being able to rest as much during the pregnancy...
Mommy2Isabella replied: Oh I love my babies! LOL, I just DETEST the growing part ... lol I mean the first kick is neat ... lol and the Belly is cute for a day or two ... but other than that, I wish our gestation period was like a cats for 9 weeks instead ...
But no doubt I love my babies
moped replied: Chickens have a 28 days gestation - wouldn't that be great!
Mommy2BAK replied: I just don't know if I could really appretiate the end result as much as I do after having a GRUELING 9 full months of pain, agony, and discomforts. Okay YEA RIGHT! Anything less than 9 months would be nice
moped replied: And 40 weeks is 10 months - nobody told us that right!
Mommy2BAK replied: I know, isn't that so weird, I almost wrote 10 months, but then that seemed so silly. I just always make sure i say 9 FULL months!
lovemy2 replied: Can't you try to look at your glass as half full instead of half empty all the time- at least you aren't an elephant who is pregnant for darn near TWO YEARS
Love ya
moped replied: Oh gosh I could never be an elephant!
I actually thought i was doing better on the positive thing.
Must try harder!
2BMom replied: what is your favorite thing about being pregnant? A precious child
and what is your least favorite thing? Puking!
Danalana replied: Favorite--carrying a life inside me...and the prize at the end Least favorite--being sick
A&A'smommy replied: least favorite part was the heartburn and the weight gain, and being SOOO emotional that litterally when I laughed I BAWLED uncontrolably
favorite part everything else... I really loved being pregnant!!!
mummy2girls replied: Fav.. feeling them kick and watching ,y belly move...
Least.. puking all day every day for 5 months
DillsMommy replied: I think 7 months would be perfect. I can handle 7 months, it's the last two months that get really uncomfortable and just drag on. Well, for me anyway!
Favortie part(s)~ The end result, feeling him move, buying all the cute baby clothes, all the attention (people seem to LOVE pregnant woman), just having a new baby to love, how excited Dylan is
Least favorite part(s)~ GAINING WEIGHT, stretch marks, back hurts, waddling, i just want to wear normal clothes again, not being able to have a couple drinks now and then, heartburn, feeling so darn HUGE!
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Fave - all of it. I loved being pregnant. I was rarely sick though and worked all the way to the end. I was set to go back for another 7 day stretch, but he came smack in the middle of a week off. My midwife thought I was nuts.
Worst - labor. That is aptly named for sure. Although, I didn't do an epi, that may have made it better.
