Pregnancy Poll
cameragirl21 wrote: Tamara's pic inspired this poll, since it appears pregnancy suits her but looking good and enjoying the pg are different things so I thought this might be a fitting question. Btw, saying you did not enjoy it does NOT imply you weren't excited about becoming a mom, didn't want your baby, etc, the question is about how you felt when you were pg and has nothing to do with your excitement about being a mom, meeting your new baby, etc.
stella6979 replied: Oops, I meant to vote "tolerated it, but barely", and accidentally voted "I did not enjoy it". I actually did enjoy towads the end as she was moving so much and I couldn't get enough of that. But, in the beginning, I got terrible headaches (missed a lot of work due to them) and was constantly sick to my stomach.
Mommy2BAK replied: I do not enjoy being pregnant at all, it seems like I always see the cutest skinniest girls when I'm pregnant and I try so hard not to be a hater, but sometimes I can't help it.
A&A'smommy replied: i loved it the first time but i had the perfect pregnancy minus the major weight gain and horrible heartburn... the second time I did NOT enjoy the throwing up, or the feeling like I'm going to throw up, the sensitivity to every smell, the heartburn, my hips hurting, the HORRIBLE constant braxton hicks but other than all that I enjoyed feeling her move around (although I didn't like it when she got the hiccups which was 4 or 5 times a day bless her heart!!) I love that I was carrying around a piece of me and my husband, I loved the belly (I wasn't that big compared to when I was pregnant with my first and I didn't gain very much weight), its such an awesome thing to be able to carry around a little miracle!!
Calimama replied: I liked it but I loved labor and delivery.
Boo&BugsMom replied: It's hard to say when you have more than one since usually each pregnancy is different. I absolutely LOVED being preganant with Tanner. I had loads of energy, didn't gain a lot of weight, and he was easy to carry. Aiden...um, not so much. I did enjoy the preganancy still, just the fact of having life inside you is exciting, but his preganancy was much more difficult on me...gained double the weight, he was always applying pressure to my nerves, and he drained all my energy all the time.
gr33n3y3z replied: I loved it
BAC'sMom replied: I loved it too
luvbug00 replied: loved it! was petrified of delivery but loved it in the end.
5littleladies replied: In general I love being pregnant. This pregnancy has been a bit different since I've been more scared than anything these first few months but as I am becoming more comfortable I'm starting to love it again. Except for the part that awaits me at the end of course.
Chiflata2003 replied: I loved it even though my last two pregnancies were high risk.
Crystalina replied: I'm sooo counting down the months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds. I never enjoyed it and never will. I never have problems but I just don't like not having control over my body and what it does and how it feels.
My3LilMonkeys replied: I love it! It's not always easy but I do enjoy it very much.
MoonMama replied: I enjoy being pregnant. I had a very easy (natural) labor and delivery with Braedin, I'm hoping this baby fallows suit.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: I loved it. There were definitely parts I didn't enjoy and it was hard at times but overall I love being pg.
skinkybaby replied: I loved it. Even with the complications I had and all of the aches and pains. I'd do it again in a heart beat.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I loved it both times. Last night I had another dream I was pregnant. I could actually feel the baby's foot.
However, both pregnancies were very different. I never had a moment's trouble with Maddie. I never even felt pregnant. I could do everything I had always done and had a ton of energy. I was sick the entire 9 mos with Ethan and always felt drained.
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: I did not so much like it. I was so sick and so miserable and on bed rest and it was really just horrible.
PrairieMom replied: L-O-V-E it. LOVED it! It is the most amazing thing. There is nothing like it in the world. I would do it over and over and over if I could. It IS hard on your body tho, things just aren't the same afterwards.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: Loved it the first time and so far Im loving it this time too.
moped replied: Yep, that was me too!
You all know how much I HATED it!
December 17th was a GOOD day.....DONE!
HuskerMom replied: I didn't like it, but in the end it's so worth it.
lovemy2 replied: With Olivia I enjoyed it for about three months - the rest of it I was either puking or on bed rest - not so much fun - with Dylan after about the first 12 weeks of being nauseous - which by the way I think is worse than actually throwing up - I enjoyed it - I had way less problems carrying him....
grapfruit replied: I'm just making sure this isn't a typo Denise....LOVED labor and delivery??
luvmykids replied: I was on the fence with the twins....I was miserably sick the first six months and on bedrest the last two but at the same time it was a lot of fun feeling and watching them fight and play and with it being my first pg it was full of awe and wonder
Macie was a very easy pg but I can't say I loved it, I knew it was going to be my last though so I tried to enjoy it as much as I could. And I did love delivery (not to be confused with labor ) with her b/c I'd had an epi with the twins and didn't with her, so it was totally different and although painful I loved feeling everything that happened.
mckayleesmom replied: I had both experiences.....I was sicker then a dog with Mckaylee...I literally could not believe that people actually did this on purpose and we had done this on purpose. I could not wait for it to be over.
Russell is so lucky he was a suprise baby because after my experience with Mckaylee...I probably would have waited alot longer to get my nerve up....With Russell I didn't even know I was pregnant till I was almost 4 months....completely different pregnancies.....I actually didn't mind it much.
