Rainbow Brite - Yup they went there.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I had a rainbow Brite room when I was little! For my 24th b-day my best friend got me a Rainbow Brite shirt from Gadzooks b/c it reminded her of me. (we have been best friends since the age of 3!)

jen replied: I think they should bring back all the 80s cartoons definitely. Like The Smurfs, The Snorks, He-Man, She-RA, My Little Pony, Pound Puppies, Police Academy, you know the classics! ha ha! Now you have to have cable to watch the good cartoons! ha and they need to play them from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays!

They started making the original Rainbow Brite back in 1983. I don't think the toy was around past 1990. Then in 1996 they made another version of the RB doll, but that one looked nothing like the original. I would like to Thank ebay for that information LOL!!!!!

Yeah I would like to see these cartoons as well. The Cartoon Network has a new version of He-Man that they play on Sat evenings. It's pretty cool.

I was born 1984 and don't remember Rainbow Brite, but then again I don't remember much beyond 1990  Oh well Maybe Becca will like her
