Our Lil' Family replied: I am so picky about this, plastic cup all the way but not just any! I'm so picky I bought 3 sets of cups from World Market that I love, one for here and one for each of my best friends houses for when I'm there! That's how picky I am!

~Roo'sMama~ replied: I voted plastic because all the glass glasses here at my mom's house smell funny. I only like the hard plastic kind though... nothing too bendy or flimsy. At home we have some blue glass glasses that we got from Target that I love.

One time my mom was putting up dishes out of the dish washer and i grabbed a glass and poured some juice in it before I realized that it wasn't completely cleaned by the dish washer...needless to say I only have glasses for my husband and daughter...and I make sure they are 100% clean.

jcc64 replied: I don't trust plastic, especially when the liquid in it is hot. Plastic is not stable when heated--even the plastic industry acknowledges that, which is why you should NEVER microwave tupperware or baby bottles. The chemicals can leech out into whatever you're consuming.
I know there's BPA free plastic now--but if I had a baby--I'd be using glass bottles.
