Ring Tones - Cell Phone Users

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I have sprint. There are absolutely NO cool ring tones available for SPRINT customers.  Not unless you want to pay a fortune for them. 
luvmykids replied: Right now mine is "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" by Willie Nelson. I would also love to get a ringback tone, where people calling you don't hear ringing but a song. But I can't since it's a company phone. Hmmm ... "Take This Job and Shove It?" 
b&bsmom replied: I have the Nextel nascar phone so my rings are race car engines and one is "Gentleman Start your engines" and then my dh downloaded the dukes of hazzard theme song. Oh and when I have a message it plays the National anthem

Yikes. I do have ringback tones, but I just pay like a dollar a month for them and I get one per month, right now I have "Upside Down" by Jack Johnson...
Our Lil' Family replied: I only have one "Mony Mony" for when my mom calls....she likes to be called Mony instead of Grandma. But I'm always trying to think of one for the rest of my callers.
I paid $2 for that one. DH about had a stroke when I told him....like it's a million dollars or something!

Cingular offers a good variety and since I have the internet hook-up on my phone already, I only pay $2.99 plus the cost of bytes transferred per tone (ends up being around $5 a ringtone- not bad really). I also have one of those answer tones but I don't really like it- it seems to confuse people.

I think I have about 20 right now...I like ringtones...LOL! I have a chicken clucking when Mell calls-it cracks me up everytime!!! Bill rings to L.O.V.E by Ashley Simpson but in the past he has been On the Road again ,King of the Road, Hunk Of Burning Love by Elvis, Whos your Daddy....ETC :blush:My favorite song right now is Seashores of old Mexico so I just got that one. I have groups of friends that have certain tones and the really special ones have their own tones  If it says "Let them leave a message" then I know it is nobody grouped so probably not that important! Of course now with the business I have to at least look! 
Amiee~ 3Gforfree.com is where all my friends that have Sprint get their tones. I use 3guploads sometimes because you can buy packages of tones-Cingular is high priced(but have some good tones) I try 3G first because I change them often...

I have sprint pcs. I know whether i am going ot even look at the phone from the ring. for some reason I get solicitors calling my cell ALOT and well its rude ad don't answer. then my message says it all. this is for friends and family if your a solicitor quit calling the chances of me picking it up or calling you back are about that of a snow balls chance in H E double Hockey sticks (i have it said there thou LOL)
Sprint says they are 1.99 and delete every 3 moths but i have had the phone a year and only was charged once. SOmeone told me as long as you have the same phone they are on there its when you switch phones and then you pay again.

I don't know if its true but heard that now companies have access to cell phone lists and you can register your cell number on the do not call registry to cut down on solicitations.
