Ron is coming home....

He's going to get pre-approved for the mortgage on Monday which means that hopefully after the Easter break he'll find a realtor and can start looking for a house while he's on course. It may mean that he buys without me seeing it first, but it's either that or miss out on the perfect house. Wish us luck that we - well he, finds something GREAT.

Gagetown, New Brunswick, and our move date is for August, but if we find something before then, we can move it up 30 days.

no, but we're only 13 hours away by car so it should be easier to visit during summer. All our family is in Toronto.
