~Roo'sMama~ replied: I'm doing ok, thanks for asking! I'm very frustrated with the fact that I'm still here... no contractions worth telling about, no nothin. I was expecting to have a baby by now! I have an appointment today at 4 - last week my doctor said that we could induce as early as the 14th (tomorrow!!!) but no matter how tired I'm getting of this, I'd really like to go into labor on my own so if she suggests it today I'll say I want to wait at least a week to induce.

I'll let you know how my appointment goes! Maybe getting checked today will stir things up a bit.

hopefulmomtobe replied: Ask them to strip your membranes. I did with my daughter at 40 weeks and literally 5 minutes later I had a contraction. I didn't know it, but they hooked me up to the fetal stress test monitor and they saw them every 5 minutes. But, I wasn't dialated so they sent me homoe. I went home and they continued, went back to the hospital about 5 hours later and I was 9 cm!!! Had her 20 minutes later.

When I do go into labor though and don't have a chance to get on here before we go to the hospital I'll have Jen post an update for you, now that she has a computer again.
