I am sad to tell you that I went for my scan last week and the heartbeat had stopped at 9 weeks.

Gutted does not even come close to how dh and I are feeling right now about it, but I have not lost hope that we wil concieve again.

Sometimes I feel - Why me - but then why should it not be me. This is my 3rd m/c.

I hope you all continue to have wonderful pregnancies and a happy rest of 9 months and I wish you all the very very best.

I'm so sorry!! Hopefully you can work with your doctor to figure out what is going on. I have a friend who had three m/c before having a gorgeous little boy. Her hormones were out of whack and as soon as they diagnosed it and gave her medicine, she went full-term.

I know how hard this is, as do many of the moms on this board. All I can tell you is to take care of yourself, love your husband as hard as you can and we are here if you need us.

I would ask your doctor what could be going wrong, like jdkjd said it could be hormones. I'm glad you have a positive attitude that you will concieve again, when I m/c I was shocked and dissapointed like 'why me' but in time we are going to TTC again.

I really do feel for you and I'm sure in time you will concieve again and have a healthy baby

I was pregnant, went to doctor and had a ultrasound. two days later had a ultrasound and could find nothing. went for a ultrasound two days later to see if I would need a d and c or if it was in my tubes, we saw the baby and a heartbeat on thurs. friday I started bleeding and by sat went to the hospital to be told my uterus was empty and I miscarried by baby. I felt a huge sense of loss and pain. I would think that would have been me when I saw a very pregnant women and feel like the loss all over again. I know that my baby is in heaven with God and that he is taking good care of my baby. I know the pain. this was my second miscarriage, after my first miscarriage I went on to have a beautiful son and my husband and I know that in Gods timing he will give my son a brothwer or sister. please post or email me for support. just having someone to talk to can help, dee
