Scrapbookers for Spencer! - Another opportunity to give

Spencer's story has touched us all and I for one felt the desire to get the word out and try to collect as much as possible for him. Not only in the way of money but also in the form of prayers and positive thoughts.

I did some thinking outside of the box and I was working on posting Spencers story and the link to usborne books on our local Mothers and More chapters social loop which reaches over 80 moms via email.

One of the moms, Dawn, contacted me and said that she'd be willing to donate her profits for creative memories sales. So 30% of every order placed with her until August 31st will be sent to Spencer and his family.

She was going to limit the offer to only PC members and have you email her when you placed the order so she'd know what to set aside for Spencer but then she said to go ahead and place her link into the Mothers and More Social Loop message and she will also email all of her regular customers with the story and donate all of her commissions from all sales through August 31st!

So much more than I could have ever hoped for.

I will say though, if I ever lose my job, I think I'll go into fundraising for sick kids or single parents. How satisfying to know that you helped someone feel better...if even for only a little while.

Tell Spencer Thanks for helping one lady find out what she's good at and what her calling may be. oh, and give him a big & from Me.
