She's been a cranky pants for the last few days and nursing a LOT but I attributed it to teething. Last night she woke me up to nurse and put her hand on my face. It was on fire! I took her temp axillary and it was 104.5. Figured it was a virus and gave her Ibuprophin. Today the fever hasn't gone below 101 with meds and she's happy one minute and screeching/crying the next. Now her nose is stuffy too and her hands and feet were kind of bluish when she woke up from nap. I'm taking her in tonight.

I need her to be better. DH is going out of town for two days.

Her fever was so high when we got there that they gave her tylenol and a double dose of Motrin then a shot of antibiotics to start her on the road to recovery.

Wonder how long this has been going on and I've been pushing it off as teething.
