Sick kids

Right now he is in the living room with daddy. He is so whiney and clingy. Scotty doesn't know what to do with him. How will he ever survive while I'm away on my trip this summer? He keeps saying "What's wrong with him?" Ummmmmm....He's SICK?? I"m taking him in to the ped first thing tomorrow. I told Abbie I really jinxed myself by saying he hasn't had a sick visit in 2 years. Poor baby.

Maddie has a horrible cough. Really bad congested, icky cough. She feels fine, but I worry about the congestion.

Send some get well vibes our way. We need em.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: I PMed you about the pink eye but I was thinking that it could be a cold too! Tay got a cold in her eye lastyear and it was NASTY! Goopy and runny. By the time it was all over I was wishing it had been pink eye because that would have cleared up quicker with the drops! The cold took several days of having to wash her eyes open in the morning! I hope they can find something to help both of them! Our pedi prescribed something called HYDROTUSSIN once for Tay and it worked wonders on a cough she had.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: That is a possibility. They are very red and watery and matted together after he sleeps. Green stuff comes out of them often and he can't look in the light. He won't even let me touch them to see his eyelid.

The ped will be able to tell in the morning. I hope he gets some relief.

We got a sicky and a teether in this house. Not a fun weekend.
