My2Beauties replied: Well my dad came in town last night so if we don't take him out to eat at King Fish (one of his fave restaurants) I'll make some steak, baked potatoes with cheese and bacon on them with some mac & cheese or some veggie....YUM YUM!

My2Beauties replied: Change of plans, chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob or another veggie! Keeping it simple here, man you guys are some chefs, fixing couscous and chicken cordon bleu I can only cook things with hamburger and baked or fried chicken

Hi, not sure what we are having yet but to answer your couscous question it is a very small pasta made with semolina flour and is so easy to make. I make it all the time. You take equal amounts of boiling water and couscous put em a pan (not on the stove) and let them sit for mins or whatever the box says. It is a great filler for anything. You can even use chicken or beef stock instead of water.
