So what did your DH get you?

lisar wrote: For christmas?

I got the following:
Vacuum Cleaner (new one that I wanted)
Coffee Pot
Cookbook that I have been wanting
and a new gun Sig Sauer Mosquito .22

My2Beauties replied: Gift Cert. for a Hot Stone Massage at a really nice spa
Baby Phat outfit
A pair of Pastry tennis shoes
2 Pastry shirts
Housecoat
2 thick PJ pants
3 pairs of fuzzy socks (I love those things)

stella6979 replied: Not a darn thing. Jeff recently lost his job so we decided that we would not do gifts for eachother this year. He has decided to enlist in the Army and will be leaving soon, so the best gift he can give me right now is his time, and that's all I want.

Danalana replied: Well, I didn't think we were getting each other anything. Since I am a stay-at-home-mommy now, I'm having trouble not making my own money. I HATE the feeling of not having my own, though I know Richard doesn't consider the money he makes HIS money. Anyway, I just told him I didn't want anything since I couldn't buy him anything. Besides, we were focusing on Kade smile.gif I just thought it would be weird to buy Richard something with the money he made...I guess I'll have to get over it somehow.
ANYWAY. He actually got me perfume. He tricked me! I was out with my SIL, and she always has us pick out what we want. Well, she asked me what kind of perfume I liked when we were in the mall. There are several new ones that I haven't smelled. I ended up loving Dior biggrin.gif You know that commercial with Charlize Theron that says "Jadore. Dior." at the end? Yep, that's it, and it smells so yummy. So now I feel bad because I didn't get Richard anything, even though he never knows what he wants and I know he doesn't care. It still bothers me.

A&A'smommy replied: Jeremiah got me
a coffee pot with a expresso/cappuccino maker
coffee bean grinder
8 types of coffee (7 of those beans)
3 types of syrup
and french vanilla milk creamer
and a to go cup for when I got to drink coffee with my coffee moms tongue.gif

oh and he told my mom to get a reflector kit for my photography I'm SOOO excited!! tongue.gif he is a smart man

DillsMommy replied: A vera bradley purse.

CantWait replied: A Marishka doll (if that's even how you say or spell it), it's the Russian stacking dolls.

And another Russian doll.

Stockings
Slippers
Hat, Scarve, and mitt set
chocolate
Gum
Candles

Calimama replied: Clothes, boots, and a purse!

mckayleesmom replied: Nothing...we just focused on the kids. We usually get someting for ourselves during tax returns.

sparkys2boys replied: Dh got me an amazing anniversary ring wub.gif , perfum, slippers, 2 diffrent xmas oranments that I wanted, 2 books, and another thing that's hard to describe.. it's large letters that hang on the wall made of metal that say "home" that I loved from our work. And then a ton of stuff in my sock, body wash, lotions, chocolates, gloves, etc. wub.gif

cameragirl21 replied:
matryoshka. wink.gif I have one of those but I am always told I display it wrong. I just have the one doll on a shelf with all the others inside her. I guess you are supposed to take them all out and line them up when you display them...if I did that then I would inevitably lose some of the inner dolls. My parents have some also.

HuskerMom replied: We never get each other anything usually. But we bought a car a few weeks before Christmas so I guess that's our Christmas/anniversary (which is tomorrow!) present to each other.

moped replied: wii and a mall gift card!!!! biggrin.gif

CantWait replied:
Thanks for that.

I find that very interesting. I only have 4 of the 6 displayed since the inner ones are so small. I will probably get one more before we leave here just for the hay of it.

I'm finding Russia has some neat traditions and such. Like not giving someone flowers in even numbers.

lovemy2 replied: My truck and a fondue pot laugh.gif

PrairieMom replied: I got rock band for the Wii from the whole family. We weren't really doing gifts either, but DH knew I wanted it, and it was something that we could do together. Plus, He made it from teh kids. Even tho we didn't give gifts to each other, I think its important to teach our children the joy of giving.

PrairieMom replied:
I got one of those too, from my MIL. Its all different santas. Very cool. She got it in Alaska. You know... you can see Russia from there. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif I crack me up.

Kaitlin'smom replied: Godia Dark chocolate
Bath and Body Works
and cute little purse for my DS
a game for the DS
Sex and the city movie
warm fuzzy gloves

and Kaitlin got me a beautful siver braclet and earring set.

I did not want nor need much just my family.

jcc64 replied: He's renovating our bedroom during his week off.

Our Lil' Family replied: Fleur de Lis pot for a plant that needed to be replanted. Money was a little tight suddenly this month. I had a Dyson under the tree but chose to take it back, too much money we needed elsewhere.....I will get it back though!!

AlexsPajamaMama replied: We didnt buy for each other this year...we focused on Alex and preparing for the new baby smile.gif
